Pilanesberg National Park (act II)

Zebras and Wildebeest
Zebras and Wildebeest (or gnus) are very numerous in the park, as they constitute the Lions' favorite meals :-)

Wildebeest (also called Gnu)

Boks and other antelopes
There is also a large variety of Antelopes, that would be eaten by the lions as well, if there weren't that many Zebras and Gnus - easier to catch.

Kudus

Eland

This one I'm not sure ...

Tsessebe

Springboks

Impalas
Warthog
Made world-famous thanks to the Lion King, it's Pumba the Warthog !

Baboons
We also came across a bunch of baboons, which are very interesting to observe.

Birds
There are also a lot of birds of all kinds, but of course they are much more difficult to catch (with the camera, I mean :-) ). I only have a picture of a Cormorant in its nest.

To be continued ...
